Introducing Intellifast
Intellifast is an automatic vehicle identification (AVI) RFID fueling system for oil companies, fleets, fuel and CNG stations, and service providers. It supports fast self-service refueling and helps ensure that fuel is delivered only to authorized vehicles.
The wireless design simplifies installation by avoiding complex wiring between the fueling station and the vehicle. The system consists of a Wireless Nozzle Reader, a Wireless Receiver and a Vehicle Tag. Together, these components identify the vehicle and transmit the relevant data during refueling.

How It Works
- The user inserts a fuel card.
- The dispenser sends the fuel-card or user information to the dispenser control system.
- When the radio-frequency nozzle is inserted, the system validates the Vehicle Tag identification.
- The Vehicle Tag details are sent to the station control system during authorization.
- Fuel is dispensed while wireless communication between the vehicle and nozzle is maintained.
- After refueling, the nozzle is returned to the pump.
System Components
Wireless Nozzle Reader
The Wireless Nozzle Reader attaches to the fuel nozzle and communicates with the vehicle’s RFID tag. It captures vehicle identification data and helps ensure that only authorized vehicles receive fuel.
Wireless Receiver
The Wireless Receiver links the fueling equipment with the vehicle tags. It receives data from the Wireless Nozzle Reader and Vehicle Tags and relays the information to the central system for each refueling event.
Vehicle Tag
The Vehicle Tag stores a unique vehicle identifier and communicates wirelessly with the reader and receiver. Its durable design supports use across different environmental conditions and helps track fuel use by vehicle.
