Atlas Fleet Management

Atlas Fleet Management centralizes, analyzes and reports the sales and stock data sent by Intellibox Counter and Intellibox Dispenser units in the field. Authorized users can access the system wherever an internet connection is available, whether the equipment operates at one location or across multiple countries.

For fleets of vehicles and construction equipment, the system reports fuel consumption, mileage and operating hours for each asset and supports fuel-consumption analysis. Fuel limits can be assigned to selected vehicles or drivers. RFID cards and key fobs can be defined individually for each vehicle or driver.

Company-owned, rental and subcontractor vehicles or equipment can be reported separately by company. The interface, reports, charts and notifications help teams monitor fleet activity and make informed operational decisions.

Report fuel issued to vehicles and construction equipment, with filters for location, date and time, vehicle or equipment, driver, fuel type, asset type, asset class and asset source.

Fuel Receipt Report

Filter by location, receipt date and time, fuel type and fuel supplier.

Inter-Warehouse Transfer Report

Filter by location, transfer date and time, fuel-tanker registration, the authorized person responsible for the transfer and fuel type.

Fuel-Tanker Dispensing Report

Filter by dispensing date and time, supplying tanker, receiving vehicle or equipment, driver, fuel type, authorizing person, asset type, asset class and asset source.

Fuel-Tanker Return Report

Filter by location, return date and time, and the registration of the tanker returning the fuel.
