Introducing Intellibox Counter
Intellibox Counter is a fuel-management solution for monitoring and controlling fueling operations. It can be used with fuel tankers and trailers, fuel-transfer sets and unmetered fuel pumps. Fuel measurement and automation are integrated, so a separate pump counter is not required.
A preset volume can be entered through the card-reader keypad. The system ends dispensing automatically when the specified volume is reached. It works with different types of pulse generators and provides connections for a temperature sensor, a solenoid valve and a motor driver. If the flow rate falls too low, it can stop the pump motor or display a warning.
Online and Offline Operation
Intellibox Counter can operate online or offline. It records fueling data and sends it to the cloud when an internet connection is available. If the connection is unavailable, it stores the records and transmits them after connectivity is restored.
Centralized Fuel Management
Atlas Fuel Management can collect, manage and report data centrally for applications operating across multiple locations, countries or cities. RFID cards can be assigned different permissions for fuel users. Limits, permitted days, locations and authorized Intellibox units can be defined for each card.
Vehicle mileage and operating hours can be entered through Intellibox Counter to support fuel-consumption analysis.
